What counts as a submission?+
Every successful POST to /crm/submissions/v1, regardless of outcome. Spam-blocked submissions don't count — only ones that pass all 8 layers and reach the AI tier.
What if I go over?+
We send three notices (80%, 95%, 100%) and then queue overflow at the API edge for 24h to give you time to upgrade. Hard cap kicks in only after that.
Can I downgrade?+
Yes — anytime, prorated. Your account never goes read-only; if you exceed the new tier, the same overage policy applies.
Do you store submissions?+
By default, 90 days. You can configure 7 / 30 / 90 / 365 / forever per form. Exports are unlimited and instant.
Where is data hosted?+
Multi-region anycast — US-East, EU-West, AP-South by default. Enterprise customers can pin to a single region with full data residency contracts.
What's the SLA?+
99.9% on Pro and Scale, 99.99% with credits on Enterprise. Our status page is driven by real first-party probes, not a static placeholder.
